Pandesal

Pandesal is a Filipino bread roll that is eaten for breakfast or a snack, or anytime except dinner. Pandesal is the quintessential bread roll of the Philippines.

It’s a slightly sweet, soft and fluffy white bread roll that tastes amazing with salty cheese. I usually stick it in the microwave or toaster oven until it's really hot and stick butter inside.

People usually describe the taste as similar to Hawaiian rolls but less sweet

I'd bring some to class sometime except I'm cheap as hell so you can buy it at these locations:

United Bread & Pastry

Auntie Dee's Pan de Manila

Valerio Family Bake Shop

Or you can make it yourself with the recipie on the "Bread Recipies" page

ps: Disclaimer I've never tried any of these places and also have no idea where they are I usually get mine when I go to San Diego hmu if you actually want some lel
